Há 04 dias descobrir que uma das minhas contas tinha sido roubada, daí entrei em contato com a live BR no numero 0800 891 9835 e La contei todos os fatos, o atendente me alou que minha conta ia fica bloqueado por 03 dias para investigação, tenho ate o nome e avatar do cara que ta baixando minha licença no Xbox dele, daí minha conta ficou bloqueada por um dia e meio, no papo com o atendente eu mencionei que uso dois Xbox, tenho mais de 66 jogos sendo só dois em disco o resto tudo digital, acho melhor, mais hoje descobrir que o meu segundo Xbox que foi banido e não o do rapaz que me roubou, leguei mais uma vez no atendimento BR e o rapaz não ajudou em anda e mandou-me ir ao fórum USA e resolver com eles, mais após uma longa conversa o tal de Kylie, me falou que iam me ligar pra resolver meu problema, mais nada de ligação e me passou um numero de telefone que não presta, daí quero muito a ajuda do pessoal do fórum, tenho mais de mil reis investido em jogos, tirando o valor do Xbox e as minha conquistas, meus filhos e minha esposa tão triste porque usamos o Xbox todos os dias, pra net flix e varias outras coisas, tava ouvindo o jogando papo fora e a rapaziada me pareceu bem instruída me ajudem por favor, vou colocar meu papo com o tal de Kylie da live USA na integra, perdoem meu inglês que não e muito bom pra escrita, entendo mais lendo, agora o cara continua usando meus jogos e eu to sem uma das contas e sem meu segundo Xbox, to pensando em entrar nas pequenas causas, mais queria um ‘’norte’’ de vocês antes, acho que isso sendo resolvido alem de ser do meu interesse Server como crescimento para o mercado de jogos Brasileiro para que não venha a se repetir, realmente um grande engano sendo que tudo que uso no meu Xbox e original.
