Post completo - atualizado volta e meia
Com este banimento temporário, ele:
- não pode entrar em grupos;
- não pode comprar nada;
- não pode mandar mensagens nem voz;

So I just signed in to my Xbox to be greeted by a wonderful message with "Notice of enforcement action".
Followed the steps and apparently I've been banned for Marketplace Theft? It lists the criteria for being banned as the following:
This account engaged in marketplace theft. This activity may include attempts to illegitimately acquire or use redemption codes, sharing or distributing account credentials, fraudulent transferring of content licenses, using glitches for financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or support agents
Now, a Google search points to a few people being banned for excessive refunds/chargebacks to their credit cards. I've never requested a refund or circumvented MS by going to the bank for a refund either.
The only thing I can think of is that perhaps game sharing breaks the ToS under "fraudulent transferring of content licenses"? But I'm surprised that I'm being picked up on it now, having game shared for over a year. I'm also surprised to see that it's not happening to other people (at least, not publicly!)
I contacted Xbox Support and they told me they couldn't tell me what was going on (it seems that their Enforcement team is a separate entity) and I've left a post on the Enforcement forum which has yet to be answered (I left it around 3 hours ago).
Has anyone else been banned for similar? I have a heck of a lot of time and money invested in Xbox and digital media to have it all just taken from me. Hopefully MS get back to me soon with a more detailed reason for the ban (that I will then dispute) but, for the minute at least, it seems that I may have been banned for Game Sharing.
EDIT: Should have mentioned, this is a temporary ban until 6th April 2016
EDIT 2: Thanks for all the replies. I am replying to people but they aren't showing up for some bizarre reason./u/sinfuljosh and others, thanks for the 'recent activity' link - no weird logins showing in there unfortunately.
EDIT 3: 24th March - 1300GMT Okay, so the Microsoft Enforcement Team seem like an absolute joke to be quite honest. I've still not heard back from them, despite having been banned with no evidence provided by them. It's ridiculous that Support can't help in the slightest, especially when the Enforcement Team are so bad at getting back to you. It can't be hard for them to look at my account, see why their system banned me, then pop it in an email for me, right?
EDIT 4: For the guy who keeps saying I must have a communications ban as the only permaban for Marketplace Theft, please see here. As you can see, I've been banned until the 6th April for Marketplace Theft. No more evidence has been provided by Microsoft
